How AIIA signs up multiple new clients in one meeting using fresh DSJ
codes.
Why This Matters
DSJ trade codes drop on a schedule and
expire 30 minutes after they go live in BonChat. To
sign up the most people with one code, AIIA runs the meeting
so it ends right when a fresh code drops — giving
everyone the full 30-minute window to use it.
Meeting Time Windows (HST)
DSJ codes drop twice daily at 6:30 AM HST and
12:30 PM HST. AIIA meetings are scheduled to end right
at code drop.
Meeting type
Morning slot
Afternoon slot
Standard (1 hour)
5:30 AM HST start → ends 6:30 AM
11:30 AM HST start → ends 12:30 PM
Extended (2 hours)
4:30 AM HST start → ends 6:30 AM
10:30 AM HST start → ends 12:30 PM
Result: the moment the meeting ends, the fresh DSJ code
is live and managers + their teams have a full 30 minutes to sign people
up.
Step 1 — Telegram Roster Group
Create one master Telegram group for the meeting
(e.g. "AIIA Sign-Up — Apr 28 AM").
Pin a message at the top with required info to post.
Every attendee posts in the chat:
Full legal name (matches government ID)
Phone number
Email
Manager (sponsor / inviter)
Anyone who can't post the info doesn't get added to a manager group.
Step 2 — Split Into Manager Groups
After roster is collected, AIIA creates
one Telegram group per manager (e.g. "AIIA — [Manager
Name]'s Team — Apr 28").
Each new client is added to their manager's group.
Each manager group has: the manager, the new clients, and AIIA.
Step 3 — Manager Pre-Meeting Checklist
Each manager must complete BEFORE the meeting starts:
Confirm every new client in their group has installed Coinbase,
Telegram, and BonChat (see
Service Call SOP).
Confirm every name matches across ID + bank + Coinbase.
USDT must already be purchased and cleared in Coinbase before the
meeting begins.
Wires take hours to clear, so the client (or manager) must send the
wire a day or more ahead of the meeting. Same-day
sign-ups are only possible if the money was wired and cleared
beforehand.
Each manager logs into a fresh DSJ link AIIA provides
during the
third quarter of the meeting (approximately 15 min
before end).
Same-day USDT rule: a client can only sign up the same
day as the meeting if USDT is already cleared in their Coinbase wallet.
Wire transfers take hours — get the wire sent at least a day ahead, not
the morning of.
Manager pre-buy rule: the manager must purchase USDT
ahead of time equal to the
total intended balance for their entire downline + 5% extra
to cover fees and slippage. Example: client wants to sign up for $1,000
USDT → manager pre-buys $1,050 USDT.
Step 4 — During the Meeting
AIIA presents the 30-minute presentation (per
Meeting SOP agenda).
When the presentation ends, the fresh DSJ link drops in the BonChat
BG-015 group chat.
AIIA instructs each manager which link to grab from
BonChat.
Each manager logs into the new DSJ link (even if they
were logged in before — it's a new link, new login required).
Once logged in, each manager goes to the
"Share With Friends" section inside DSJ and grabs:
The QR code — for downlines physically present
with the manager.
The invitation link — for downlines joining
digitally (Zoom/Google Meet). Manager sends the link to them
directly.
Downlines scan the QR or click the invitation link and complete
sign-up inside the 30-minute window.
AIIA stays in each manager group answering questions in parallel until
the window closes.
Step 5 — Post-Meeting Confirmation
Each manager confirms in their group: "All ___ clients signed up
successfully" or lists exceptions.
AIIA logs the signup count + any failed attempts for follow-up.
Hard Rules
USDT must be cleared in Coinbase before the meeting.
If USDT isn't already in Coinbase, the client waits until the next
meeting or service call.
Codes come from one place only. Codes will only be
directly received through BonChat's BG-015 group
chat.
Confirmation
Send each manager this message before they're added:
"Please reply VERIFY to confirm: I have read and
agree to follow all AIIA SOPs. I understand AIIA provides consulting
and education only, not financial advice. Any disputes will be handled
via written communication before legal action. If you have a complaint
we will address it the best we can, but this is the standard moving
forward for all clients."
